Access for travelers:

You have access to the entire cottage, canoe, kayak and pedal boat. We also have a private mini-beach. For the sake of conservation of the lake, it is strictly forbidden to bring your own boats. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

You must all be 25 years old and older.
- No minor (under 18 years old) accepted except in the presence of one of his parents.
-The rentals are from 14h and departure 11h am.
- Weekends from Friday 17h to Sunday 11h am.
-The payments and security deposit are as follows:
Interac transfer, credit cards via Paypal.
-Photo of driver's license and or valid passport with photo (mandatory, otherwise we will refuse the rental).
-Only a signature of the contract and a deposit will confirm your reservation.
-30% deposit payable on reservation (30 days and more).
-Full payment (100%, 30 days and less).
-A security deposit is required 7 days prior to the reservation date and will be returned within 7 days of the rental end date after inspection of the cottage ($ 350.00).
-Refund policy in the event of cancellation by you, the deposit of 30% is refundable at 100% (60 days before the date of rental).
- (60 days and under) a full refund will be made (100% of the total cost of the stay), if we were able to rebook the period at the same dates and same price, which had been initially rented. (Otherwise we will keep the difference or the full payment).
- (60 days or less) no refund.
-If we have not been able to rebook the period originally reserved, the stay is payable in full.
-For periods between June 1st and September 30th, we require a reservation deposit of 50% of the total amoun
