Beautiful chalet located on the edge of a small river communicating with the superb Lac des Sittelles (ecological, without motor boat).
The nearly one acre lot is wooded and private. You have access to your private dock and a pedal boat which is included in your stay. Also, the possibility of renting 2 kayaks at low cost.
We are located 15 min. by car from downtown Magog, Mont Orford, Eastman and St-Benoit-du-Lac.
The chalet is very well equipped and impeccably clean. We provide bedding and towels. Pour la période de la Covid-19 nous ne fournissons plus les literies.
The living room is equipped with a slow combustion stove with a glass door.
The living room, kitchen and dining room are open plan with cathedral ceilings.
You have access to a washer and dryer in the bathroom.
Very large closed bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
A place is provided for making fires outside
You have access to a swimmable beach 5 min. walk from the chalet as well as walking trails.
